The first full sail waterline adjustment:

Note the lead weights next to the cardboard box.  Three of these were installed below deck forward of the mast to bring the marked  waterline down to the water.

 

Now the waterline is where it should be:

 

 

Note the skipper testing the radio controls.  He can't get that smile of his face.

 

The launch and the maiden voyage:

 

Will she fulfill the skipper's expectations?

Note the well aligned waterline.  She sails like a dream.

 

The ducks are not safe.  We take no prisoners.  These ducks are suspected of shipping contraband.

 

 

I chased them all around the pond.  This is better than a rubber ducky.
